  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl, beat with mixer on medium speed until combined. Add granualted and brown sugar, beat until well blended.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together, flour, flaxseed, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and allspice.
  4. Add flour mixture to banana mixture and beat on medium just until blended.
  5. Pour batter into a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 350F. for 65 min. or until wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 min. Remove bread from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
