  1. Mix all dry ingredient's together , set aside.
  2. Remove rib's from packaging , and take the sliver skin off the under side of the rib(this is the tough membrane under the ribs )
  3. Rub a generous amount of the dry rub all over the rib's , work it into the meat and put on a platter or something similar.
  4. When all done putting dry rub on cover the ribs with cling rap and put into fridge for 2-3 days. The longer they are marinated the better the flavour.
  5. After they are done marinating for 2-3 days, remove from fridge , and pre-heat oven to 350'C.
  6. Pour Apple juice into a roasting pan(if ribs dont fit,cut them in half) and add your ribs to roasting pan.I usually stand my on their side. Put rib's into pre-heated oven and leave them in there till you can push your finger between the bones with no resistance, this means they are done ,depending on how many you are cooking it can be anywhere from 3 hrs to 4 hrs. Once they are done remove from the oven and they are ready for the BBQ.

Sorry but I have to rate my own recipe , these ribs will blow your mind if you follow the recipe.
