Creamy Shrimp and Scallop Pasta

  1. Heat olive oil and butter to medium heat. Add onion and saute until translucent.
  2. Add baby bella mushrooms, saute 2-3 minutes
  3. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, and wine. Cook for 2 minutes
  4. Add black pepper, red pepper, garlic, shrimp and scallops. Cook for 3 minutes
  5. Add can of cream of shrimp soup. Mix soup in until fully incorporated in to the dish. Heat until boiling. Texture should be creamy at this point
  6. Turn Heat to low, Cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes
  7. Serve over linguine. Pair with Cupcake Chardonnay.
