  1. Mix ALL dry seasonings together in a bowl. Chop onion and mince garlic. Do not mix with seasoning
  2. Cut back the skin (leave attached) on top of the chicken (chicken breast) and rub seasoning on chicken and also inside the cavity. Pull skin back over chicken and recover.
  3. Mix all liquids together in small sauce pan, bring to a boil then put in slow cooker. Add bay leaf
  4. Put 1/2 of the chopped onion and 1/2 of the minced garlic in the chicken. Cut orange in 1/2, squeeze juice and place inside.
  5. Put Chicken into slow cooker and cover with the rest of the onion and garlic, then squeeze the other half of orange on top of chicken. Cut oraange into 4 and place into slow cooker.
  6. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8. If time allows I recommend cooking on LOW. Enjoy
