  1. In a large skillet saute mushrooms, onions and garlic with a tablespoon of butter. Add parsley after vegetables are tender.
  2. Brown ground turkey then add the remaining butter and worcester sauce.
  3. Reduce heat and add flour and cook for 1 minute. Add water and wine and gradually mix in bouillon and paprika. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in sour cream and heat through.
  5. Cook the egg noodles as package directs; substitute 1 cup of the water with chicken broth.
  6. Drain the water from the noodles and pour the meat mixture over the noodles.
