  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Spread grated cheese evenly in a buttered, 10" pie plate.
  3. Beat eggs, add flour slowly and then beat in half and half.
  4. Pour egg mixture over cheeses in pie plate.
  5. Carefully spoon chilies over the surface, then spoon salsa over all.
  6. Bake about 45 minutes or until center is set.
  7. Can serve with dollop of sour cream
