  1. Brown and crumble sausage. Mix in the eggs and add the drained can of Rotel. They have 3 varieties at least. I used the original. Cook until eggs are done and most juice is cooked off. Add the can of Stokes and sprinkle in the shredded cheese. Heat until cheese is melted and mixed together. Warm tortillas to make them easier to roll. Spoon mixture into tortilla and roll, tuck in the ends so they don't fall apart. Can be wrapped in foil or plastic wrap and stored in the refrigerator if not eaten immediately.
