"I've always loved turkey and stuffing and wanted it more often than just around the holidays. Now, I've started a tradition where I take the legs and wings from our Thanksgiving turkey and put them in a ziplock bag to freeze them. Then, a few months later I use them to make this recipe, add some mashed potatoes and a veggie and I've got the great taste of Thanksgiving again w/o all the fuss! The wings and legs of an 18-20 lb. bird will be plenty of meat for this recipe. Besides using leftover Thanksgiving turkey, you can also use one of those great rotisserie chickens from the deli."
