  1. Combine vegetables and mix well. Combine cream cheese, salt, lemon juice and mayonaise and beat until fluffy. Gold vegetables into cream cheese mixture and mix well. Refrigerate mixture at least 1 hour for flavor blending. Then spread on shaped breads and serve.
  2. Mixture Yields 2 cups
