  1. Put corn syrup and sugar in medium size pan on medium heat. Heat and stir until bubbly and sugar grains are dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in jar of peanut butter.
  2. Gently stir in cereal and press into a lightly greased 11x14 dish.
  3. For smooth top, take the bottom of a measuring cup and press cereal mixture down and smooth out flat.
  4. Take both bags of chips and put in microwavable bowl, microwaving on defrost for 5 minutes. Open and stir well. If any chips remain unmelted, place back in microwave and defrost for a few minutes, then stir again until smooth.
  5. Pour over top of cereal mixture and let cool completely (about 1 1/2 hours) before cutting into 24 bars.
