  1. Start Rice, in medium sauce pan add 1 cup of rice 2 cups of water bring to boil reduce heat to simmer cover cook on simmer for 17 minutes remove from heat fluff with fork
  2. Cut beef into approximately 1-1/2" x 1/2" x 1/2" pieces, heat olive oil in 10" skillet, place meat in skillet and brown, add Pappy's choice seasoning.
  3. Cut slice and trim vegetables, add and mix into the meat, continue heat on medium.
  4. Add 1-1/2 cups water and 1 Tea Spoon Beef Base cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. When finished vegetables should have a slight crunch, serve over rice in a bowl sprinkle with its own natural sauce.
