  1. Brown hamburger with seasonings.
  2. While hamburger is browning, bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Add veggies, cover, turn off heat and let stand.
  3. Add milk and soups to browned hamburger, drain veggies and add them to hamburger.
  4. Pour into 9x13 glass pan.
  5. Top with cheese, then tators.
  6. Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes. Broil until tators are crispy (about 5 minutes).
