  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease two 9 inch round cake pans and line with wax paper.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder. In another large bowl, beat sugar, gelatin and butter until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition. Fold flour mixture alternately with milk into sugar mixture. Fold in vanilla and pureed strawberries; divide equally into pans.
  3. 3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in oven, or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Remove from pans; allow to cool before frosting.
  4. 4. To make frosting, in a saucepan melt together cream cheese, cream, and white chocolate until combined; add in confectioner's sugar and allow to set.
