  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 deg. and bake pie shell for 8 minutes.
  2. 2. Reduce heat to 325 deg.
  3. 3. Combine eggs, bacon, chowder, onion, sour cream, parsley and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour 2/3 of this mix into the crust, then top with cheese.
  5. 5. Top with the last 1/2 of the mix.
  6. 6. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until set. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.
