Grandma's Swiss Cheese and Spinach Casserole

"I always requested this dish when I stayed at Grandma's. I changed it up a bit and made it simpler. Grandma layered it. I can't be bothered with all that extra work! Still tastes just the same."

  1. Cook noodles, 5-6 mins and drain.
  2. While noodles cook, drain spinach well and combine with sour cream and white sauce. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder, adjust to taste.
  3. Add cooked noodles and swiss cheese, then mix.
  4. Place in a well-greased casserole dish, then cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
