"We enjoy this omelet every Christmas morning!! Throw the ingredients together the night before, put it in the refrigerator and pop it in the oven the next morning. So simple and delicious!!"

  1. Butter bottom and sides of shallow roasting dish.
  2. Layer cubed bread, cheese and ham in pan.
  3. Beat eggs, milk, thyme and salt/pepper together.
  4. Pour egg mixture over bread.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake uncovered in preheated 350F oven for 1 hour until center is cooked.
  7. Let sit 15 minutes before serving.
