  1. In a mortar and pestle (pilon) mash together
  2. garlic,salt, pepper, oregano,sazon bags,withe vinegar and enough oil to make a spreadable smooth paste.
  3. Marinate the turkey,both inside and out with the mixture a day ahead of cooking it, so the flavors can mix.
  4. For every pound of turkey or chicken, use 1 tsp. of adobo.
  5. If you are going to stuff the turkey do not stuff it until you are ready to cook it
