  1. Melt 1 stick butter in saute pan. Add onions and saute until translucent, Add Chicken and saute until lightly browned, add mushrooms and saute until tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper, add tyme and wine and reduce by at least half. Add the parsley and serve.
