In a small glass (or non-stainable) bowl, mix orange flavoring and yellow & red food colors, set aside.
Grease a 8x8 or 9x9 square pan with shortening.
Bring sugar, butter and milk to a full rolling boil in a large saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 min. or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees F. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate pieces and marshmallow creme. Stir until melted and uniformly mixed. Remove approx. 1/2 cup of mixture and set to the side. Then add the food coloring and flavoring mixture to the saucepan and stir well. Pour into pan, then dollop the white mixture all over the orange fudge in the pan and run a knife through the dollops to swirl the colors. Allow to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
