"A fun recipe you can whip up for your favorite four-legged pals. Easy to roll out and cut out or just roll them into a ball and press into a cookie shape. Makes great gift ideas for that favorite friend with dogs. Just load a dog cookie jar full of these cookies and tie on the recipe with a dog bone cookie cutter. So fun to make and your dog will love them!"

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F. Lightly grease two cookie sheets, or line them with parchment.
  2. Mix together the flour, oats, parsley & dried milk, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and peanut butter, and any other fun ingredient you wish, then stir to combine. The mixture may be dry and crumbly.
  4. Add enough of the chicken broth to make the dough moist enough to hold its shape into a ball.
  5. To make cut out cookies, use your favorite cookie cutter and roll the dough to about 1/4" thick. Cut out the cookies, re-gather dough and continue cutting. Cookies may be large or small, depending on breed of dog. For round cookies, use a cookie dough scoop and roll each into a ball. Flatten with a fork or back of a glass until flattened into 1/4 " thickness.
  6. Bake the cookies for 40 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the cookie (longer time for larger cookies). Turn the oven off and prop open the door with a wooden spoon. Let cool for at least 30 minutes in the oven. Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
