  1. Put pecans in pint jar. Put syrup, sugar and butter in saucepan. On medium heat, stirring constantly, bring JUST to boil. Immediately remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and cream. Pour over pecans. Cap while hot. Keep refrigerated. To serve, microwave just until warm and serve over ice cream or cheesecake.
