  1. sautee onions and chopped stems until tender. Mix with sausage and spinach. Moisten croutons with a little water and crush them. Mix in 1/4 cup of cheese with all other ingrediants. Fill caps and then sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
