Mix the dry ingredients (corn flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and salt).
Then mix in the honey, vegetable oil, melted butter and milk.
Put corn in the blender with the eggs on high speed for about 30 seconds to blend the corn and to whip the eggs, then fold that gently in with everything else.
Grease cast iron skillet with butter, put the empty skillet in the 350 degree oven until pan is hot and butter is melted, then pour in batter and bake until edges are golden and toothpick comes out clean, 40-50 min.
