Add beef cubes and oil to a large skillet and saute on medium heat for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, add flour to cold water, and add to beef along with peanut butter, jelly, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, and sesame ginger marinade. Stir until sauces are evenly distributed, then cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. While beef is covered, begin cooking pasta following box directions. After 5 minutes, add frozen vegetables and salt to beef, cover, and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Drain pasta, then add contents of skillet to pasta in pasta pot. Stir and serve!
