Seasoned Fries and Mayo Dip


"Shortly after my sister returned from her first trip to England, we were at a restaurant in Kingston, ON, where she encouraged me to try my fries with mayo instead of ketchup and vinegar. Best decision ever! Although, it's probably best to save this as a treat because it is not exactly the healthiest option."

  1. Prepare fries according to package directions. Immediately after removing from oven, sprinkle chicken bouillon over fries and toss to ensure even coating. Use tongs if too hot.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and spices. Adjust amounts to your personal preference; predominant flavour should be mustard. If preparing this while fries are in the oven, place in fridge until ready to serve.
