  1. Separate and soak beans overnight.
  2. Saute butter, onions, garlic and peppers.
  3. In a large slow cooker add the turkey carcass (bones and all) beans, bay leaves, chili powder, sauteed vegetables and chicken broth. Cook for 8 hours.
  4. Remove any bones from the carcass and add tomatoes, corn and season to taste. Let simmer for another 30 minutes.
