  1. Toss together apple slices, raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon; spoon into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven; set aside. Whisk together eggs, milk, flour and butter; pour over apple mixture. Increase oven to 450 degrees; bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Pancake will puff up and will fall slightly when it removed from oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar; slice into wedges. Serve warm. Make 8 servings


This was good for a change of pace for breakfast. Not like a typical pancake in that the batter is more dense and eggy. But good! Kids liked it. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
