Raspberry-Applesauce Gelatin Dish

"This is a sweet and flavorful fruit dish that is quick and easy to prepare. I think the sour cream makes it delicious and unique. You can substitute stiff whipped cream or non-dairy dessert topping for the sour cream. In my family it is heralded as a fruit salad. It is sweet and satisfying enough to be served as a dessert either as is or set in single portions and garnished with a berry or two and a mint leaf. I think it tastes excellent with or without the marshmallows."
