  • Cook

  1. Stir sugar and yeast into 110* warm milk, allow to proof.
  2. In large mixing bowl stir together squash, eggs, salt, honey. (ingredients should be at room temp)
  3. Stir in milk mixture, add softened butter, add flour a cup at a time, knead.
  4. Allow to rise.
  5. Punch down. shape into small balls, bake 325 about 20 min.
