  1. Place 4 dozen foil mini cupcake liners on a baking sheet or other flat tray.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a glass dish and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir mixture until smooth (if it will not smooth out microwave again for 30 seconds at a time stirring until the desired consistancy is acheived.)
  3. Spoon into foil liners.
  4. Place tray in refrigerater and allow to chill until set.
