"I found this recipe in my Moms handwriting. She had called me to get it after she moved to Florida. I had lost my own copy years ago so this was a great find...even if I teared up to see a tangible memory of Mom! We all loved this salad but I recall Mom being especially fond of it."

  1. Place the bag of slaw mix into a large bowl.
  2. On top of the slaw layer in this order: Peppers, Green onion, Noodles and Almonds
  3. Place all the dressing ingredients in a small container, cover and shake until well mixed.
  4. At this point you can refrigerate till ready to serve.(This can be made the day before!)
  5. When ready to serve mix the dressing one more time then pour over the slaw mix. Toss well and serve.
