Combine the: grated cheese, green onions, banana & jalapeno peppers in a bowl. Add enough mayonaise to bind, then mix well. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR UP TO ONE WEEK. Add additional mayonaise at serving time, if desired.
Hollow out the center of the cabbage to form a bowl for dip, then fold back some of the outer leaves of cabbage to enhance the look. Spoon the cheese mixture into the center. SERVE WITH CORN CHIPS SCOOPS - like Fritos Scoops.
