  1. Mix together soy sauce and brown sugar until desolved.Cut venison into 1 inch square strips and pound to about 1/4-1/2 inch thick, sprikle with spices and lay on top of bacon slices. [I cut bacon in half]Roll up and secure with toothpick. Put in ziplock bag or bowl and cover with soy/sugar mixture, marinate for @ least 4 hours. Heat skillet, I prefer cast iron, add a touch of oil if desired, and cook till bacon is brown but not crispy.
