  1. Sauté mushrooms in 1/4 stick of butter.
  2. Brown but do not overcook... Approx 12 minutes on med high stirring.
  3. Put sautéed mushrooms in a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Dissolve bullion in water.
  5. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and then blend with flour.
  6. Add cream, bullion broth, salt & pepper.
  7. Pour mixture over mushrooms.
  8. Just before baking...sprinkle cheese then bread crumbs on top.
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  10. *Caution the mushrooms stay very hot! So be careful not to burn your mouth!
  11. Enjoy!!!
