  1. In a large dutch oven, saute celery and onion in butter until soft.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add herbs.
  4. Add cubed bread.
  5. Add prepared boullion until desired moistness is achieved.
  6. Chill overnight so that the flavors meld.
  7. Mom always stored the covered dutch oven in the car in the cold garage.
