Melt 1 stick oleo. Cream together with 2 c. sugar, oil, eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla. Add cocoa, baking soda, 1 c. water, buttermilk and flour. Beat until mixed well. Bake in greased cookie sheet (11x15) at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
Beat 1 c. sugar, butter flavored Crisco, 1/2 c. milk and 1 T. water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp vanilla. Beat 5 minutes and add powdered sugar. Spread on cool cake.
Combine 1 c. sugar, 6 T. oleo, 6 T. milk in sauce pan. Boil for 1 minutes. Remove from stove and add chocolate chips. Stir until starting to thicken. Spread over filling.
