  1. Put oatmeal in blender blend until oats is ground, add ice cubes, and crush the ice.
  2. Add banana, peanut butter, and honey. Blend for 5 seconds to chop.
  3. Add milk ¼ cup at a time, blending and stirring after each. Once everything is liquefied and uniform serve immediately.

Really really excellent... also tastes good if you add some flax seed.. you can mess with the ingredients until you find out what you like... the frozen banana and the oatmeal give this smoothie...
