Mix together mashed chick peas, chopped red onion, grated potato, crushed garlic, olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice, chopped cilantro, cumin, salt and pepper, chilli flakes, egg and 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs together in a large bowl. Form into small patties (2" wide) then coat in more panko bread crumbs. Pan fry in canola oil for 4 min per side over med/high heat until golden brown.
Wrap in tortilla and top with yogurt sauce.
Add other toppings such as tomatoes, lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese.
