  1. In a medium bowl add the first 7 ingredients, and mix together. This is the marinade.
  2. Pound chicken to 1/4" thickness, add to marinade and let sit for 2 to 8 hours.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and fry in a non stick pan with 1 table spoon olive oil, until browned, and no longer pink. Remove chicken to a plate and cover to keep warm.
  4. Add marinade to pan and cook until the sauce is reduced by half, about 10 minutes. Use this sauce over the chicken and noodles.
