Add the chili paste the oyster sauce bring back to a simmer. Add the hoysin and plum sauces and bring back to a simmer. Add some chicken broth to loosen up the sauce to a lighter consistency.Then add the soy sauce.When the fish is done after 12 minutes remove from oven and put the sauce on top and return back to the oven about 5 or 6 minutes. Remove Garnish with plenty of scallions plate and serve.
