  • Prep

  • Cook

  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan
  2. Add shallots & garlic and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Add the remaining measured ingredients
  4. Bring to a boil while stirring
  5. Reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes
  6. Taste for salt and pepper
  7. Use throughout the smoking process, every 30 minutes if possible
