"A recipe my friend tweaked from Men's Health and is one of the best part of tailgating during the UW Husky football season. Spicy with the right amount of flavor. I like to add more spices to give it even more of a kick!"
In a large pot on medium heat, saute the onions, peppers, jalapeno's and garlic in the olive oil.
Then add the ground meat and cook until brown.
Add the can of diced tomatoes, can of tomato sauce, can of kidney beans and the can of pinto beans. Do not drain the beans or diced tomoatoes.
Stir a few times and then add in all the spices.
Let the chili come to a boil and then let it simmer on low with the lid on for about an 1 hour 15 to 30 minutes. As the chili simmers, add salt to taste and any of the other spices to make it spicier (if you please)!
