  1. Brown beef in large skillet; drain
  2. Stir in undrained tomatoes, carrots and corn. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions. Drop potatoes in mounds atop meat mixture, sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Cover and heat 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
