In a large bowl mix oil, brown sugar and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and mix thoroughly until there are no chunks of sugar.
Combine the baking soda, salt and flour and stir into mixture
Add oatmeal and chocolate chips and stir until well blended.
Grease baking sheet. Measure dough with a spoon, squeeze each cookie roll firmly before placing on the sheet. (Optional) Slightly flatten cookies with a fork. Make sure oven is completely preheated and bake for exactly 15 minutes, no more, no less. The cookies might seem soft still, but they will harden to perfection as they cool.
