  1. Cut the potatoes into edible pieces.
  2. Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to boil over high heat, reduce to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and cool.
  4. Combine the all ingredients while drizzling oil until evenly coated. Place into freezer bags and place into freezer or use immediately.
  5. When cooking, sprinkle with seasoned salt to bring out all the flavor and cook for about 20 minutes until crispy and brown
