  1. In a large skillet, fry the bacon until desired crisp. set aside on paper towels.
  2. Sautee the onion and ground beef in 2tbsp of the bacon grease and put into crock pot
  3. Crumble up the bacon and add to the crock pot
  4. Combine the brown sugar, ketchup, barbeque sauce, mustard, pepper, chili powder, molasses and liquid smoke into a small bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour over meats in crockpot and stir up well.
  6. Add the baked beans, kidney beans, great northern beans and pinto beans to the crock pot and mix well.
  7. Cook in crock pot on low setting for 6 hours the day before you want to serve them. Refrigerate overnight and heat up in crock pot before serving.
