  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. 2. Peel, slice, and mash bananas together with orange zest and juice.
  3. 3. Blend together bananas with yogurt, eggs, sugar, and vanilla
  4. 4. Sift together flours, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Combine with oats and flax seeds.
  5. 5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until mixture is combined well.
  6. 6. Gently fold in blueberries, chocolate chips, and almonds.
  7. 7. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  8. 8. Sprinkle remaining oats on top and bake at 350°F for 45 – 55 minutes until fork or toothpick comes out clean.
