  1. marinade cut up chicken and mushrooms, leave to stand for an hour.
  2. Put pasta on to cook in salted water.
  3. Make the Sauce - melt butter in a pan and mix in flour, once mixed gradually add milk cream and wine and other ingredients under "white wine sauce"
  4. Also Fry off the chicken and mushrooms then add pasta and all other ingredients to the white wine sauce. cover with cheese and place in a large oven dish. Cook at 180c fan oven, 200c normal for 20 min's with a lid or foil on, then 10 min's lid off.
  5. While main part is in the oven boil peas, new potatoes, small or julienne carrots or whatever veg you fancy. Once all cooked serve immediately.
