Mom's Pumpkin Cranberry Loaf

"Delicious option for pumpkin. Makes 2 large, or 3 medium loaves with a nice light orange/cranberry/spice flavor. One of my Mom's fav's. My 9yr old son has made this many times!"

  1. Mix flour, spices, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light. Add the orange juice, oil and pumpkin. Add to the flour mixture until combined.
  3. Fold in cranberries. Bake at 350 for 60-75 min, depending on how dark you like your loaf, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
