  1. Preheat griddle to 350 degrees. Butter all slices of bread on one side and place on griddle. On 4 slices of the bread, stack in order 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of cheese and the other slice of turkey. When cheese starts to melt and bread is almost golden brown, add 1/4 cup of the coleslaw and top of thousand island dressing. Place the other slice of bread on top. Remove from grill, slice and enjoy.
